This soup very good if having the cold and need nourishment. Also very fortunate soup for kitchen mostly bare.

3 cup chicken broth
3 cloves garlic, chopped and most finely
1 egg
1 to 2 cup vegetable that please you (Peas, corn from freezer very excellent. Potato and carrot likely to honor soup also but have longer time boiling.)
Bread pieces, crackers of oysters, ginger and/or black pepper for tasting
If to thicken, tiny bit of cornstarch work

To be making Egg Drop Garlic Soup:

Boil garlic and vegetable in broth.

Stir egg rapidly with fork in bowl as if one makes scrambled. Pour into boiling soup and stir. Egg will spin into cloudy delicious threads and be cooked right away.

Serve with garnishings such as the bread, cracker, and pepper. For Tasty Korean flavor be adding the ginger as powder or fresh.

Egg Drop Garlic Soup is providing protein and good nutrient, and give the vitality in organs and to make happy blood flow. Enjoy Egg Drop Garlic Soup with blessing and friend.

Last time I had a cold, I made a stir fry that would make you choke if you could actually taste it. Lots of garlic, ginger, green chillies, and chilli seeds in it. Eating it was weird, couldn't taste a thing but I could feel odd burny burny sensations in my mouth. I'll definitely be making that next time I've got a cold.

Heh - well, those things supposedly have quite a few nutrients and immune-boosting chemicals, so it's probably not a bad idea.
