Free advertising for everyone, right here!

So many of you out there are the creators, owners, or performers of fabulous goods or services, any of which would make excellent holiday gifts. I want more of the world to know about you, plus I want some good ideas for my own holiday shopping, so here's what I'm going to do: I'm going to give you this space for free advertising!

If you have anything you want to advertise that could potentially be given as a gift, tell us about it in the comments below. Keep in mind that good ad copy gets more click-throughs, so I advise keeping it to a brief, clear, fun paragraph, complete with handy link.

I'll start by (of course) reminding you of my books currently for sale:

The Ghost Downstairs, for anyone who likes moody ghost stories. (Purchase from the publisher, Amazon or an indie bookstore near you. Ebook or paperback.)

Summer Term, for the steamy-beach-read fans. (Purchase from the publisher, Amazon, or an indie bookstore near you. Ebook or paperback.)

What Scotland Taught Me, for snarky teen girls who require comeuppance, anyone who remembers the perils of being 18, or anyone who adores Edinburgh. (Ebook only; purchase from the publisher or Amazon.)

Now you! What are you selling? Tell us of your wares. Offer open for as long as this LiveJournal shall live, though readers will likely diminish the older this post gets.

From Spice to Eternity, a must have book.
Hi Molly, here is my little piece about my book From Spice to Eternity. I hope this is okay. Thanks so much for the offer.

From Spice to Eternity may seem to be at first glance, a Biblical cookbook. Any novice in the kitchen or acclaimed heathen could benefit from reading the spice-filled book.
One might also expect a purely Jamaican collection of delightful dishes from the Caribbean island where the writer Yvonne Pat Wright was born and reared, however, throughout the 191 pages Wright not only samples Jamaican cuisines but provides universal flavourings The lasting value of this book is found in both aspects that it presents. The recipes will be sure to please and can be used time and time again. Likewise, the nuggets of truth contained in the book's well-crafted and inspirational stories can be a valued source of devotion truth each time that it is read.
A great coffee table book suitable as a gift for both male and female.

300 Nights Cyberpunk Science Fiction Novel
First of all Molly thank you for the offer to let us post on your blog. This was a cool and very nice idea.

300 Nights Cyberpunk Science Fiction Novel

300 Nights is a cyberpunk science fiction novel where a society controlled by genetic manipulation creates social classes based on neural implants and gene bums. The biological superpower, the Basic Protection Corporation, controls the key to human survival. Yet, the Company stands idly by while a deadly space-born virus hurled down to Earth during an apocalyptic meteor storm annihilates the human population above ground. Exiled to the Earth’s womb, humanity now faces the BPC-born threat of another race more powerful and genetically superior to the Homo Sapien. Humanity hangs in the balance with their defenders Benner, caught in the Demon’s Hole of the next generation Mindbender, and Miranda only just discovering who she really is in a gritty new world.

My contemporary romance, "Pillow Talk" is the quirky story of Trixie Trident, a tooth fairy who falls madly in love with her dentist. She can't tell him who she truly is, however, and fears their relationship can never be.
Dr Graham Keebler, D.D.S., knows he's wildly attracted to Trixie. He also knows there's something unique about her. He just can't figure out what it is, or why she turns down a second date with him. But he's determined to find out why.

Christian Book - From Zero to Christian in Just 35 Years
"From Zero to Christian in Just 35 Years," is an intimate, warts-and-all account of her journey to faith. One of the criticisms often leveled at "Church folk" is our tendency to wear our shiny happy people masks. That criticism is not entirely inaccurate, which is what makes Moore's book so refreshing. Her message is that God can heal the most painful wounds and that He is able to rescue us from even our very worst enemy--ourselves.
Women who have struggled with self-esteem issues or who have bought into the lie that their worth comes primarily through their sexuality will find hope in Moore's story of redemption. And anyone with pre-conceived notions of how "those Christians" talk and act will find a surprise or two. This is not your typical Christian book because Moore has not lived your typical life.

A Good Suspense Read -- The View from Here
First -- thanks, Molly for letting us post here.
Second -- The View from Here by Rachel Howzell

Nicole Baxter has always tried to control every element of her life, but that control is slipping away. She has issues. Abandonment issues. Marital issues. Conception issues. And she thinks her house in the hills is haunted. It doesn't help that her husband Truman spleunks and climbs, making her worry more with each adventure he takes. As the two grow apart, Nicole makes decisions that may ultimately shatter her fragile marriage.

Her life changes on the afternoon she receives a phone call from the harbor. During a scuba dive, Truman disappears. No one -- not his diving instructor, not the Coast Guard -- can find him. Is he still alive? Or is grief making her believe the impossible?

If anyone happens to have Latvian ancestry, I'm a genealogist specializing in Latvian research! My website is here, and the associated blog is here. Not quite something for this Christmas though, since these things take time, but it is a more long-ranging gift, and research can happen in stages.

The best ending in a romance novel
"Perfect Score" by Susan Roebuck (that's me). It's received 5 star reviews, has been described as having the best ending the reviewer had ever read in a romance novel and as "an atypical adult read". Buy it here: http://www.awe-struck.net/books/perfect_score.html. You can also see an excerpt and blurb there.

Christmas Book
When Ida, a wealthy older optimist, sets out to complete her Christmas shopping, little does she know the dramatic turn her life will take when she decides to go by bus to save a few dollars and becomes the victim of a brutal assault. Her luck takes a three-sixty turn when Junior, a young African-American student from the wrong side of town with troubles of his own, comes to her rescue—or does it? Christmas in Los Angeles can bring out the worst in some, but it can also spin misery into miracles and just maybe restore faith. Available on Amazon.com or thru my website www.JohnNoelHampton.com
